When you go to an outsourcing company they say to you here is a person. And they're basically your employee. What, what excited me about what coming to work with you was that we, you already have the right people on board and that that gives me the confidence that I can hand tasks over to you. But it also gives me the confidence that you can say back to me Hey Michael you're not, you know, that process that you gave us that can be tweaked or, you know, we have we're seeing these results can we tweak Can we change this round. The other thing is, you've got a wide variety of people similar to how we work you've got a wide variety of people. So while I might have, you know, a task, a task to put a post up on LinkedIn every week, you have, you know, someone to write a copy you have someone to, you know, manage the image images that we have someone to schedule the post someone to follow up on on who's who's connecting with that post so that's really important to me. I don't have the budget to have all of those people on board, but being able to share that is really important to me. Oh, that's fantastic. Right. So, if I want to shoot you wanted to share a insights where the people probably in a similar industry or similar type of business, or in a similar situation. What would be your suggestion to them, you know, from outsourcing quality or maybe probably looking after your own self.1:31
What would be your take out from this experience. Yeah, I mean, for me, I, I'm in you're probably the same and I think everybody in, in, in any industry to do with technology or people is actually probably any industry with busy and we're constantly thinking about stuff if you own your own business, you go to bed at night thinking about your business when you wake up in the morning thinking about your business. What is, what you don't want to be doing is waking up in the morning and thinking right I've got to do this and this and this and this, and it's all stuff that somebody else could do, and I want to be waking up in the morning excited about a solution that I've thought, you know that I've managed to come up with for a client, rather than worrying about whether my whether my posts on Facebook are generating traffic. Right, well you actually speak to my heart, you know, that's exactly I, you know, it was my mission and passion and has started this business model as well. I've gone through all those hurdles whether you know individual VA is and have gone through all those hurdles training someone new someone turnover. I've gone through the process when the process was broken I couldn't find right person, then that's also why within the limited, you know, a certain budget. We provide a whole team support right and so we can focus on our genius and less someone else can do something even better than us to to run the test to say yeah, we'll have enough energy and, you know, just go with our heart do the things we'd love to do help more people, and look at ourselves as well, isn't it, yeah and and that's that's just it you know there's. That's it, you get extra hours back every day and and and hours. But even if it's an hour or two a day or even a week, it's still quite precious to have that, you know, to have that coming back into me so yeah Tom is our, you know, most precious assets, isn't that you can't get any more of it can you know we can't and when it's gone it's gone.3:30
